Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to register on bk33. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. bk33 may request documents to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and all associated bonuses will be considered void.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation. If you need to update your information, contact the support team.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. If someone accesses your account without authorisation, notify bk33 support immediately. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Policy

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bk33 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals through the following methods:

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, bk33 will work to resolve it promptly.

3.4 Identity Verification

bk33 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal. This verification process is carried out for security purposes and applies to all members. Delays in submitting required documents may also delay payment.

3.5 Third-Party Accounts

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking account is strictly prohibited. The same account must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — meaning in that example you must place ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• bk33 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless stated otherwise.

4.3 VIP Program and Cashback

bk33's VIP program has three levels — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each level provides weekly cashback based on that week's net losses. A Silver level member can receive a maximum of ৳140 cashback on ৳20,000 net losses in a week (৳20,000 × 0.7%). The cashback rate increases at higher levels.

Gaming Rules and Fair Use

5.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33 platform:

• Placing automated bets using software or bots.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Taking part in money laundering or fraudulent activities.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform.

5.2 Transaction Review

bk33 reserves the right to review any bet or transaction. If unusual activity is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Technical Errors

bk33 reserves the right to reclaim any winnings or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to server outages or technical errors. In such situations, the technical logs will be considered the final evidence.

5.4 Sports Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed in sports betting, it cannot be withdrawn or changed. In the event of a match cancellation or unforeseen circumstances, bk33 will follow standard industry practice to make a decision. In multi-bets, if any single selection is incorrect, the entire bet may be lost.

Responsible Gaming and Limits

bk33 takes responsible gaming seriously. All members are advised to set their own spending limits before playing. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account yourself.

Account Closure and Limitation of Liability

9.1 Closure by bk33

bk33 may suspend or close an account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Providing a false identity or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.

9.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their own account through the support team. If there are any pending bets or withdrawals at the time of the request, those must be settled first.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

bk33 is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection, server outages, or other technical issues. bk33 is not obligated to provide compensation if the service is temporarily unavailable due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the bk33 platform — logos, graphics, code, text, and design — is reserved as the intellectual property of bk33. This content may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Game providers — such as Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and PG Soft — retain their own intellectual property rights, and their content is governed by the terms of the relevant agreements.

Changes to Terms and Enforceability

bk33 reserves the right to partially or fully change these terms and conditions at any time as needed. Members will be given appropriate notice of significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after changes means the new terms have been accepted.

If any clause of these terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue to apply. Failure by bk33 to exercise any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.
